Following the sell out of our Vivid Sydney Long Table Dinner at The Strand Arcade, Chef & Proprietor Nino Zoccali will join the line-up at Vivid Fire Kitchen for NSW Icons of Land & Sea: Embers & Excellence — part of Vivid Sydney’s Food for Thought series.
Hosted at Barangaroo on the Stargazer Lawn, the evening will celebrate exceptional Australian produce through smoke, fire and conversation, featuring three outstanding smoked ingredients from leading NSW producers.
Throughout the evening, Nino will host a series of conversations with the producers behind each ingredient, exploring sustainability, provenance and the stories shaping modern Australian food culture.

8:00pm - Smoked Oysters with Dom & Pip Boyton (Merimbula Gourmet Oysters)
9:30pm - Smoked Chorizo with Lauren Stevens (Bundarra Farming for Good)
