THE OLIVE OIL ROOM
The Olive Oil Room at Pendolino is a private dining room that accommodates 8 to 26 guests. Choose from a three or four course event menu, or embark on a six course degustation. Our menus are designed as a seated dining experience and typically take around two hours to be served.
For presentations or meetings, large TV screens with HDMI connectivity are available for hire at an additional cost.
A dedicated function coordinator and wait staff will be at your service throughout your event, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. The Olive Oil Room is available for lunch or dinner during restaurant trading hours.

The George Room at Pendolino is a private dining space that accommodates 8 to 32 guests, making it ideal for larger parties. Choose from a three or four course event menu, or embark on a six course degustation. Menus are served as a seated dining experience and typically take around two hours to complete. Please note that while this beautiful space offers a high level of privacy, it is not fully soundproof.
If you are planning a presentation or meeting, we offer large TV screens with HDMI connectivity for hire at an additional cost.
A dedicated function coordinator and wait staff will be at your service throughout your event, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. The George Room is available for lunch or dinner during restaurant trading hours.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR - SPECIAL OFFER
Host your team in one of our refined private dining rooms this June and enjoy a well-earned reward, just for you. As a gesture of thanks, the organiser of each eligible booking will receive a $400 restaurant dining voucher to return and dine with us on another occasion.
Available for events held between 1–30 June 2025. Eligible bookings require a minimum of 18 guests with a minimum three-course menu.
To redeem, simply mention ‘EOFY25’ in your enquiry notes. Vouchers will be issued via email the day after your event.
Terms & Conditions:
Minimum spend applies based on your chosen space. One voucher will be issued per booking, valid for 12 months (excludes redemption from 15 November to 23 December). Voucher is valid for bookings of up to 6 guests at The Restaurant Pendolino or BOTTEGA Pendolino Wine Bar. Non-transferable. Standard restaurant T&Cs apply to all bookings.


Exclusive
Venue hire
The Restaurant Pendolino can be hired exclusively for your event. We can cater for up to 100 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. The venue is flexible and can host a range of events from private and corporate bookings to wedding receptions of up to 100 guests.
Minimum Spend:
Sunday to Friday: $25,000
Saturday: $35,000
(Prices are inclusive of $2,000 room hire fee.)

MAIN RESTAURANT DINING
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
The main restaurant dining area of the Restaurant Pendolino can be hired exclusively for your event. We can cater for up to 70 guests for a seated lunch or dinner.
Minimum Spend:
33-55 guests $8,000
56-70 guests: $14,000


Food & Drinks
For all private dining and venue hire, we offer a selection of curated menus to suit any occasion. Choose from a three or four-course event menu, or indulge in a six-course tasting menu with matching wines for a truly memorable experience.
Our menus are designed as a seated dining experience and typically take around two hours to be served. We also cater to a range of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional meal.
