Join us on Friday, November 14th for an exclusive evening at The Restaurant Pendolino as we celebrate 20 years of Cherubino Wines with acclaimed Western Australian winemaker, Larry Cherubino.
This intimate dinner will feature a curated four-course menu by Executive Chef Nino Zoccali, paired with a selection of Cherubino’s most celebrated wines – including the innovative Uovo range.
Uovo, meaning “egg” in Italian, is made in a clay ovoid amphora, where a natural vortex keeps the lees in motion. The result is wines of striking purity, texture and voluptuousness, crafted without added tannin, acid, or animal fining products, and with no sulfur, until bottling, where only minimal amounts are used. This sustainable, minimal-intervention approach reflects Cherubino’s dedication to producing wines of both integrity and character.
Alongside Uovo, guests will enjoy current releases and rare museum vintages from Margaret River, Pemberton and the Great Southern, with Larry sharing insights into his philosophy and process throughout the evening.
In honour of this milestone year, guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to taste some of the most distinctive wines from one of Australia’s most awarded producers, while hearing first-hand from the winemaker himself.
