THE OLIVE OIL ROOM
The Olive Oil Room at Pendolino is a private dining room that accommodates 8 to 26 guests. Choose from a three or four course event menu, or embark on a six course degustation. Our menus are designed as a seated dining experience and typically take around two hours to be served.
For presentations or meetings, we have large TV screens that can be connected to laptops via standard HDMI, available for hire at an additional cost.
A dedicated function coordinator and wait staff will be at your service throughout your event, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. The Olive Oil Room is available for lunch or dinner during restaurant trading hours.

THE GEORGE ROOM
The George Room at Pendolino is a private dining space that accommodates 8 to 32 guests, making it ideal for larger parties. Choose from a three or four course event menu, or embark on a six course degustation. Menus are served as a seated dining experience and typically take around two hours to complete. Please note that while this beautiful space offers a high level of privacy, it is not fully soundproof.
If you are planning a presentation, large TV screens are available, with standard HDMI connections for laptops, available for hire at $250.
A dedicated function coordinator and wait staff will be at your service throughout your event, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. The George Room is available for lunch or dinner during restaurant trading hours.

Venue hire
The Restaurant Pendolino can be hired exclusively for your event. We can cater for up to 100 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. The venue is flexible and can host a range of events from private and corporate bookings to wedding receptions of up to 100 guests.
Minimum Spend:
Sunday to Wednesday: $25,000
Thursday: $30,000
Friday: $35,000
Saturday: $45,000

Christmas Functions
Celebrate the end of the year in style with The Restaurant Pendolino’s sophisticated private dining rooms, perfect for Christmas functions and corporate events.
The Olive Oil Room can seat intimate groups of 8 all the way up to 26 guests, while The George Room is slightly larger, with a capacity of 32. For grander events, you can reserve the main dining room or even the entire restaurant, hosting up to 100 guests for an exclusive Italian dining experience.
Select from a three- or four-course event menu, or indulge in a six-course degustation. Each menu is thoughtfully crafted for a seated dining experience, with service lasting approximately two hours.
